Course Description:
This 3-day course is an advanced training class for ENE SYSTEM’s automation interface software suite “Control Suite” and its features. Students create a new Control Suite application. They will open a new graphic screen, place objects on that screen and link those objects to point information from a demo database. This database is used to simulate HVAC equipment typically associated with a Building Automation System. Wonderware’s InTouchTM “Window Maker”, an integral part of Control Suite, will be used by students. Control Suite Alarms, User/Password Administration, Backup and Restoration of applications and the Remote Access of a Console session are also covered.

Prerequisites:
Students should have completed the 2-day Control Suite Operator’s course, the 3-day WPTech Basic Programming class, and the 3-day WPTech Advanced class.

Course Covers:
The use of Wonderware’s InTouch^TM“Window Maker” (Developer) to create or modify Control Suite graphic screens. Also InTouch^TM”Application Manager” and “Window Viewer” (Runtime) are used during this advanced training.

Intended Audience:
ENE SYSTEM customers who desire a higher level of programming access for their Control Suite application.

• Create Tags in the Tagname Dictionary

• Link Objects on Graphic Screens

• Create or Modify an Alarm

• Use the Control Suite Palette

• Create a Floor Plan window with transfers to indirect screens

• Administration of Users and Passwords

• Remotely Access their Server

• Backup and Restore a Control Suite application
